1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ScriptShift ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. ScriptShift is operated by Greenbelt Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

ScriptShift helps Shopify merchants migrate their Shopify Scripts (Ruby) to Shopify Functions before the June 30, 2026 deprecation deadline. The App analyzes your existing scripts, detects patterns, and generates equivalent Shopify Function code.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of script analysis and migration
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the App
Not use the App to process scripts containing malicious code
Review all generated code before deploying to production

4. Generated Code

Code generated by ScriptShift is provided as a starting point for your migration. You are responsible for testing and validating all generated code before deploying to your production store. We do not guarantee that generated code will perfectly replicate your original script behavior in all cases.

5. Billing

ScriptShift offers free and paid plans through the Shopify Billing API. Charges are billed through your Shopify account. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin. Refunds follow Shopify's standard refund policy.

6. Data Handling

We only access the Shopify data necessary to provide our service (script analysis). We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection and processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScriptShift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated code, including but not limited to lost revenue, incorrect discounts, or checkout disruptions. Always test on a development store first.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these terms. You may uninstall the App at any time through Shopify admin.
